We will see the patient and send the face-to-face and progress notes to the home health and hospice. We will monitor plan of care and orders for the home health and hospice. We can also complete peer-to-peer to assist with insurance approval.
We work with mobile laboratories, radiology, ambulatory EEG, wound cultures, COVID PCR testing and genetic testing. All services will go to the patient. We receive most results within 72 hours of the testing. Testing includes ultrasounds, ECHOs, and EKGs.
We work with home health agencies, hospice, physicians, and surgeons to heal wounds on patients from simple to complex especially when taking several comorbidities into consideration.
We can see a patient to assist with completing the requirement for physician referrals to specialist. We also refer to mobile podiatrist when possible.
We can coordinate with the primary care provider. We will share test results, referrals, signing plan of care for home health and hospice. We provide an on-call number for patients to have 24 hour 7 days a week to nurse practitioner without an answering service.
We work with several pharmacies in the DFW Metroplex who deliver medications to the patient without an additional fee. There is no minimal cost for prescriptions for the free service. New medications can be delivered within 24 hours of the escript.
